Dear Mr Jones,

I am a year 6 pupil and I am writing to complain about having no money to spend on school trips throughout the year groups. The government need to provide some money for school trips

there has been no money throughout the years how can we go on school trips? This is very silly. People have not got the proper education and when they work they  are very lazy. You people need to figure out a way to get some money.Or else we will have nothing and then the children will not get the proper education.

Surely nobody would disagree having a fund-raising day.People from different year groups could put some money into a bucket and when it is all collected  we might have enough to go on school trips.Or one the other hand some people could wear jeans and a top to school. And if they want to they could put a bit more money into the bucket if they want to.

If we don’t do this how do you think the children are going to feel they will fail in their SATS test and they won’t get extra support so we think that children should get
trips because they learn more about there subjects.

I hope you like our idea about the fund-raising idea please give any more ideas if necessary

Yours faithfully

pupil in year 6.

Dear Mr. Jones,

I am writing to complain about the trips that are not happening in Year 6.

There hasn’t been any trips in Year 6. The Governor body does not have enough money for the school and that is a big problem. As a result, many children are concerned about their learning.

This clearly shows that Year 6 students are worried and they think that they will fall behind. If you don’t take any children on trips they will not be interested in their work or put any efforts in. Most of our parents would say ‘I am worried about my child’s future, so please take them on trips’. Children’s education is crucial and the SAT’s are very important as there coming up.

Most people would agree that there has to be trips and visitors (or other learning activities). If you take children on trips they will be more interested in their work.

We have some good suggestions for how to get money for the school: by funding, school reunion, cake bake off and other school clubs.

We all hope you take the matter seriously and reply to us as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely

I am writing to argue that a monstrous motorway is going to be built in the picturesque village of Curdworth. I think it would be detrimental for this village. There are a number of reasons why the motorway should not be built;
First and foremost, a lot of habitat will be destroyed, particularly for birds. Already, over 60% of RSPB people are thinking the habitats will be disappear forever. Secondly, it could cause a lot of pollution and traffic. A lot of accidents could take place.Over70% of children are suffering asthma. Do you want the same to happen to your to your child? Over 60%of doctors think it could cause breathing difficulties.
A lot of deforestation and all the greenery will disappear. This atmosphere would be destroyed forever. Some people think that it would take them less time to get to their destinations; but however others say it would completely destroy the village. Surely no one wants that to happen, do they?
In conclusion, I think the councillor should not support the decision about the motorway. A lot of parents are upset because they think their child could suffer an accident. As well as that, children can have breathing difficulties. Would you support the motorway, if you were upset and affected? I hope you make the best decision for your family and the community.
Please save this calm, marvellous place!
Yours Sincerely
Akash Hussain

Dear Sir,
I am writing here today to argue against the building of a monstrous motorway through the the heart of the beautiful, peaceful, curdworth village.
First and foremost, the motorway should not be built because of the health issues that could occur. Motorways cause lots of pollution; the fumes from so many cars can cause health concerns, such as asthma.
Only a fool would think that we should we should build a motorway through the piqturesque village of curdworth .Mrs Roberts a mother of 2, said “my child died last year because of asthma and he was only 7!” Do you not realise that this habitat is home to several rear habitats.
With a motorway house prices will drop and we could never change this back again, what I this was your child living here?

We hope you change your mind about this

 Yours Faithfully,                                  T.Hussain

Lo: to write an effective persuasive letter.

Ward end primary
Dear Sir, Ingleton road
Birmingham
B82RA
I strongly feel that, a motorway should not be built in curdworth; there are a number of reasons why.
I strongly believe that if a motorway is built in the village this could lead to a complete loss of greenery. In addition car fumes would lead to children suffering breathing problems for their health. Doctors say that this is bad for you.
Some people believe that this could destroy wildlife and banish habitats forever could you let this happen to the animals? A quote from a curdworth person says” I don`t know why someone has done this it would be a tragedy if it was like this forever”
A sensible idea would be not to have a motorway because the more cars there are the more accidents will happen. The children primary schools are in the middle of the village and the children will have to cross the dangerous road which can lead to accidents.
Some people may think that the traffic in the motorway will reduce; others say that the pollution will destroy curdworth forever. A person has said” my son`s dying because of this motorway pollution please do the right thing take the motorway out my son will die”
Overall, we should not have a motorway in curdworth .Surely you cannot deny that ideal wildlife will disappear forever-do you want this to happen. We hope you make the right decision.

 Yours faithfully, qadeer

Lo: to write a persuasive letter

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to disagree to your decision about building a motorway in the middle of Curdworth. I have a number of reasons to disagree;
The main reason is that people are at risk of pollution from cars at the same time, there will be less oxygen as trees will be chopped down. I hope you heard about the 7 year old boy who died because of this.
Another reason is I am against building a motorway is because it will destroy local wildlife, local habitats will also get destroyed once everything has changed Curdworth will never be the same again.
Furthermore, at the moment Curdworth is peaceful, calm and tranquil place, but after the motorway is built it will become a complete disaster. The more cars there will be the more house prices will drop. Curdworth will be completely different than it is today. Surly you would not want this happen to you.
On the other hand some people may believe this may be a good idea. These people I think are complete fools. Who would want to do that? Surely, if a motorway is built, you cannot deny that local people and wildlife will suffer terrible pollution.
If I was someone to discuss that whether we had to do something like this I would disagree. Would you want this to happen to you? Then please help stop this. Will you help stop this?
 You’re sincerely,
Muhammad Nawaz
